Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Graduate of an accredited school of nuclear medicine technology.
• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline or related field.
• 2–3 years as Nuclear Medicine or PET Technologist; 3–5 years in a leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily imaging operations to ensure quality, safety, efficiency and cost effectiveness.
• Oversee CPT coding changes and reimbursement processes; monitor quality and patient satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and hospital policies.
• Lead program development for Molecular Imaging/Theranostics and coordinate with hospital leadership.
• Handle HR responsibilities including mentoring, coaching and staff development.
