Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited Nuclear Medicine Technology or Radiography program.
• Licensing/certification as required (CA DPH, NMTCB, ARRT).
• Ability to work with physicians, staff and patients.

Responsibilities

• Organizes and directs patient procedures in the designated area.
• Maintains safe handling and documentation of radioactive isotopes.
• Performs equipment quality checks and troubleshoots issues.
• Reviews patient positioning and protocol with radiologist.
• Maintains records, billing and isotope documentation.
• Participates in after-hours standby and on-call duties.
