Job summary

Labcorp is seeking an Intern to join our Molecular Genetics and Genomics Project team located in Durham, NC. The 11-week, full-time internship offers hands-on exposure to diagnostic workflows and project work within a global laboratory network.

You will shadow professionals, support approved projects, and learn safety and compliance procedures while developing skills in laboratory science and diagnostics.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Chemical, Biological, Clinical Laboratory Science or Medical Technology Bachelor’s degree program.
• Interest in laboratory science and diagnostics.
• Demonstrate willingness to learn and follow procedures.

Responsibilities

• Shadow laboratory professionals and learn diagnostic workflows, instrumentation, and department operations.
• Support approved laboratory projects.
• Follow all safety and compliance standard operating procedures.
