Qualifikationen

• Master's degree or Bachelor's with relevant laboratory experience.
• Experience with DNA/RNA purification, PCR, electrophoresis, and processing.
• Aseptic techniques required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Perform molecular techniques such as nucleic acid purification, gel electrophoresis, RNA transcription and cell culture.
• Conduct nucleic acid analysis (RNA/DNA integrity, real-time PCR, digital PCR) and interpret results.
• Culture cells using aseptic techniques and handle downstream processing.
• Follow SOPs and GMP/GLP requirements; document results and maintain notebooks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product development activities.
• Maintain laboratory inventory and assist procurement via ERP systems (SAP).
• Ensure a clean, safe laboratory environment and contribute to process improvements.
