Job summary

Stealth BioTech Startup is seeking a scientist with deep expertise in molecular biology, cell engineering and imaging to join our small but growing R&D team in the Bay Area. You will design and optimize assays, develop live-cell imaging workflows, and analyze data to support product improvements addressing reproductive health challenges.

This early-stage, hands-on role offers meaningful equity and the opportunity to shape our technology roadmap in a stealth mode startup environment.

Qualifications

• PhD (or equivalent) in molecular biology, bioengineering, cell biology, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Design, optimize, and execute experiments testing product performance and future development.
• Develop and validate live-cell staining and imaging workflows.
• Analyze, interpret, and clearly communicate experimental data.
• Contribute to protocol development, documentation, and IP filings.
• Help shape the scientific direction and culture as an early team member.
