Qualifications

• PhD-level expertise in sperm biology and related molecular biology techniques.
• Experience in designing and optimizing mammalian sperm assays.
• Strong communication and data interpretation skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, optimize, and execute experiments that test sperm health and performance
• Develop and validate live-cell staining and imaging workflows
• Analyze, interpret, and clearly communicate experimental data
• Contribute to protocol development, documentation, and future IP filings
• Help shape the scientific direction and culture of the company as an early team member
