Responsabilités

• Perform laboratory procedures including human sample handling and processing and nucleic acid/protein extraction and quantitation.
• Carry out molecular biology assays (gel electrophoresis, enzymatic assays, PCR, RT-PCR, qPCR).
• Handle and process human samples (whole blood, plasma, DNA, RNA, protein).
• Develop novel assays and improve lab methods for research.
• Monitor experiments, record data, and analyze results for researchers.
• Maintain accurate lab logs for patient samples and keep equipment calibrated.
• Ship, receive, store, and inventory samples; update inventory repositories.
• Order and track reagents and supplies; maintain current inventories.
• Maintain log of lab safety compliance; prepare reports for supervisors.
