Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline or equivalent.
• 2-5+ years of production experience.
• Experience setting up and analyzing molecular assays (PCR/CE, qPCR, NGS).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and follow GMP-like practices.

Responsibilities

• Follow manufacturing protocols to formulate reagents.
• Functionally test products and review data for specification compliance.
• Assist downstream production by filling, labeling and packaging reagents.
• Maintain accurate records and perform instrument maintenance.
• Support cross-functional teams on projects and contribute to process improvements.
