Bio-Techne in Austin, TX is seeking an Advanced Research Associate to support end-to-end production with emphasis on formulation and QC of reagents before finished kits. You will troubleshoot assays and help ensure compliance with specifications.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline or equivalent with 2–5+ years in production.
• Experience running molecular assays or related QC in manufacturing.
• Proficiency with MS Office and data recording practices.

Aufgaben

• Formulate reagents following manufacturing protocols.
• Functionally test products and review data for specs.
• Assist in downstream production including filling, labeling and packaging.
• Maintain quality records and perform non-conformances reporting.
• Coordinate equipment maintenance and validations as required.
• Support cross-functional teams on complex projects.
