Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years related manufacturing experience; trainer experience preferred.
• Experience in a high-place molding environment recommended.
• Ability to operate computer; proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide thorough on-the-job training to new associates.
• Ensure training aligns with the designed training program and ISO docs.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, team leads, management and associates at all levels.
• Evaluate effectiveness of training throughout the process.
• Cross-train current associates as needed.
• Create a culture of safety throughout the training process.
• Position will work as a floor person when not training.
