Job summary

Alcon in Houston is seeking an Associate I for Molding & Tooling Production Operations. You will handle complex tasks, operate molding tools, perform quality inspections and ensure GMP/GDP compliance.

This onsite role requires a High School Diploma and good English; schedule includes Mon-Wed with alternating Thursdays. 0-10% travel, relocation not available, sponsorship not available.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Fluent reading/writing in English.
• Experience with molding tools and equipment is preferred.
• Maintain accurate and complete documentation per SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Handle complex manual or operator tasks related to molding tools with minimal supervision.
• Perform quality inspections using gauges and fixtures; monitor quality statistics.
• Follow GMP/Good Documentation Practice and SOPs; ensure proper documentation.
• Operate materials and automated equipment; participate in mold changes.
• Troubleshoot molds and support cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
