Job summary

Integer Holdings Corporation is seeking a Manufacturing Team Member II in Brooklyn Park, MN. The role involves performing assembly and inspection to meet production and quality requirements, following written procedures and using manual and automated equipment.

The position requires a minimum of 2 years in a regulated manufacturing environment, high school diploma, ability to read English and blueprints, and willingness to work the 2nd shift (4:00pm–2:30am) with a 22% shift differential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of related work experience in a regulated manufacturing environment; medical device experience preferred.
• Must read and follow written procedures and blueprints.
• Shift: second shift 4:00pm - 2:30am Monday through Thursday.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to Integer Values and all safety, environmental, security and quality requirements including, but not limited to: Quality Management Systems (QMS), Safety, Environmental and Security Management Systems, U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, company policies and operating procedures, and other regulatory requirements.
• Sets up equipment needed for assembly/inspection as per process specification.
• Understands assigned tasks and how they relate to others in their team. Works under moderate supervision where duties are clearly defined.
• Assembles component parts as per print. Utilizes both manual and automated machine operation.
• Visually and/or dimensionally inspects parts with the aid of a microscope and/or completed assemblies for conformance to specifications. Identifies and escalates quality non-conformances.
• Completes required documentation.
• May package product for shipping.
• Participates in team activities focusing on continuous improvement initiatives (all).
• Expands skill base through on-the-job training, cross training, job rotations, and classroom instruction.
