Job summary

Freudenberg Medical LLC in Beverly, MA is seeking an entry-level Manufacturing Associate. You will perform routine fabrication and testing under close supervision and learn manufacturing procedures.

Responsibilities: Basic understanding of manufacturing procedures. Performs routine tasks (e.g., fabrication, testing). Follows instructions closely. Documents work accurately. Works under close supervision and receives instruction, guidance and direction from more senior level roles. Basic knowledge of material handling and auxiliary equipment (e.g., dryers, conveyors, chillers). Performs mold setup using standard tools and procedures under supervision. Familiarity with different molding processes (e.g., injection, compression, blow, thermoforming). Basic understanding of part measurement tools and quality inspection techniques. Ability to read and interpret basic blueprints and part drawings. Learning to identify and report common molding defects. Demonstrates basic communication skills; listens actively and follows instructions. Shows initiative in learning and completing assigned tasks reliably.
