Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is preferred.
• Experience with injection molding equipment is preferred.
• Molding or tooling experience is preferred.
• Basic to moderate computer skills (MS Office) required.
• Strong time management and the ability to work independently and in a team.

• Collaborates with process engineering to troubleshoot, improve processes, optimize cycles, and support engineering tests.
• Collects and enters data to support procedures.
• Handles robot programming and optimization.
• Performs barrel and grinder cleaning.

This is a long‑term evaluation to hire position!

Duties:

• Performs equipment set ups as directed including installing injection molds, handles set‑up processes and ensures equipment is generating good parts
• Adjusts machine parameters to correct defects observed during production
• Works with process engineering as needed to troubleshoot, improve processes, optimization, improved cycle time and engineering tests.
• Collects and enters data as needed to support documented procedures.
• Handles robot programming and optimization
• Handles barrel cleaning and grinder cleaning.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

• Previous experience with injection molding equipment preferred
• Molding and/or tooling experience preferred
• Basic to moderate computer/PC skills (MS Office)
• Good time management skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Mechanical aptitude preferred
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Ability to develop and maintain awareness of occupational hazards and safety precautions. Skilled in following safety practices and recognizing hazards.
• Good communication skills with the ability to understand and apply verbal and written work and safety‑related instructions and procedures given in English
• Ability to work varying work schedules during training

Pay:

$20.00 with $1.00 differential.

Schedule:

Tuesday-Saturday, 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm

Training Schedule:

Monday-Friday7 AM-3:30 PM
