Job summary

BD in Columbus, NE offers a hands-on internship in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will assist with troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and mentor-guided projects, applying classroom knowledge to real-life applications.

Candidates must be 18+ and legally eligible to work in the United States, pursuing an Engineering degree with at least eight weeks available. The internship provides exposure to design, molding, and manufacturing processes at the Columbus site.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma/GED is required.
• Pursuing a BA/BS degree in Plastics Engineering or related field.

• Troubleshooting/Root Cause analysis
• Work with a mentor on project assignments which are commensurate with academic background
• Work with a mentor on project assignments outside of classroom curriculum to gain experience
• Apply classroom knowledge to real life applications while using technical expertise
• Other duties as required to support the needs of the business.

Minimum Education

Minimum Experience/Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Possess or currently pursuing a degree in an Engineering
• Available to work a minimum of eight continuous weeks
• Must be willing to work in any of our Columbus manufacturing locations
