A-Line Staffing is seeking a Manufacturing Production Operator (Molding) for full-time, on-site work in Columbus, NE. The role includes rotating 12-hour shifts (6:00 PM–6:00 AM), 40+ hours per week, with potential for permanent hire based on attendance and performance.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of manufacturing experience is preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to read, write, and comprehend English; basic math calculations.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine production functions including filling, packing/packaging, assembling, labeling, and product inspection.
• Follow standard operating procedures and supervisor/team lead instructions.
• Maintain accurate production records and logs in accordance with quality and regulatory standards.
• Support team goals and contribute in a cooperative, team-based environment.
• Rotate into different tasks and responsibilities as assigned.
• Use basic math skills and read/interpret written specifications in English.
