Job summary

Berry's Injection Molding Team in the United States is seeking a molding production operator to assemble and package plastic parts while maintaining strict quality standards. You will record production data, assist with material handling, and support cleaning and other duties as required.

The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-conscious, and able to follow established procedures. This is steady, full-time work with consistent daytime hours and opportunities for recognition and bonuses.

Qualifications

• Operate molding production procedures to meet quotas.
• Identify and prevent quality problems in parts and process.
• Communicate clearly with managers and coworkers about status and issues.
• Follow safety rules and maintain an orderly work area.

A molding production operator assembles and packages plastic parts while maintaining quality standards, records production and performance data, and assists with material handling, cleaning, and other duties.

The ideal candidate will be able to:

• Perform operations according to established procedures and quotas

• Follow safety rules, stay productively busy, share improvement ideas, exercise good behavior
• Move quickly, stay on feet most of day, lift up to 30lbs
