Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure, Inc. is hiring a Process Technician in Ohio to maximize uptime of plastic injection molding production lines. You will diagnose quality variations, implement process or material changes, and support on-time target completion.

Expect to work with automation and EOAT systems, performing routine checks and adjustments as needed. Qualifications include a high school diploma and experience with plastic injection molding; basic hand tools proficiency is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience with processing plastic injection molding machines is required.
• Able to operate and troubleshoot molding equipment and processes.
• Comfort with basic hand and power tools for maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

• Start molding machines and ensure on-time production targets.
• Troubleshoot machine issues via material or process adjustments.
• Record machine changes and communicate material adjustments as needed.
• Assist with assigning operators and guiding machine cycles.
• Perform routine analyses and suggest equipment or process changes.
