Job summary

Commercial Vehicle Group, Inc (CVG) is seeking a skilled Injection Molding Technician to set up tooling, adjust machines, and troubleshoot complex production issues.

You will perform mold set ups, start-ups/shutdowns, tool cleanings, and robot programming while maintaining safety and quality standards in a fast-paced environment.

High school diploma required; ability to lift up to 50 pounds; overtime may be needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be able to operate a forklift.
• Very good knowledge of pneumatics, electrical, and mechanical operations.
• Must be a dependable self starter.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to safety policies and procedures.
• Troubleshoot molding, machine, or assembly problems to maintain quality and reduce scrap.
• Perform mold start-ups, shutdowns, and tool cleanings.
• Program robots and assist with process improvements and tooling recommendations.
