Job summary

Prysmian in Las Vegas is seeking a Junior Process Technician to set up and operate molding and related equipment, ensuring on-time production and quality parts. You will perform mold changes, minor repairs, and routine maintenance while following safety and 5S standards.

As part of the production team, you will monitor processes, document daily performances, and communicate issues to leadership. Able to lift 30/50 lbs and pass background/drug screens is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in molding plastics processing and maintenance is preferred.
• Able to start up and shut down molding equipment safely.
• Basic data entry and record keeping required.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate molding, finishing, and assembly equipment per schedule.
• Perform mold changes, machine adjustments, and routine maintenance.
• Monitor production, record performance data, and minimize scrap.
• Maintain 5S housekeeping and ensure safety, quality, and environmental standards.
