Job summary

Flex-N-Gate is a leading manufacturer and supplier of automotive components seeking a Molding Plastics Operator to start a career in manufacturing.

You will read work orders, set up equipment, inspect parts, monitor operations, mark products, move materials, and record production data in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Ability to read and follow detailed work instructions.
• Strong multitasking and prioritization skills.
• Excellent time management and attention to detail
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Physical ability to lift up to 15 lbs.
• Manual dexterity.

Responsibilities

• Read work orders and instructions to determine material requirements and product specifications.
