Flex-N-Gate is hiring an Afternoon Shift Material Handler to support our automotive components operations. You will follow safety requirements, load and unload materials, read part numbers, and move items to proper areas in a fast-paced production environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1+ year forklift/material handling experience.
• Ability to read and follow detailed instructions.

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety requirements.

Job Duty Summary

• Follow all safety requirements


• Load or unload materials as needed


• Read part numbers and show distinction between part numbers


• Bring correct containers to work area without disrupting production


• Place finished goods in proper area


• Report any equipment issues to active supervisor or manager


• Work within a team environment


• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• High school diploma preferred


• Minimum 1+ year experience operating Forklift and Material Handling preferred


• Ability to read and follow detailed work instructions


• Strong multitasking, organizational, and prioritization skills


• Excellent time management and attention to detail


• Effective verbal and written communication skills


• Basic math skills


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team


• Manual dexterity and attention to quality standards


• Ability to lift and carry up to 15 pounds

Working Conditions

• Fast-paced manufacturing environment.


• Requires standing, bending, lifting, and moving throughout the shift.


• Overtime may be required based on production needs.


• Ability to lift and carry up to 15 pounds regularly.
