Job summary

Luttrell Staffing Group is seeking a Molding Inspector with machine operator experience to join our manufacturing team in Tennessee. You will conduct daily machine checks, operate Nissei and auto molding machines, and ensure parts meet specifications.

The role requires a high school diploma, PPE adherence, and strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. You will work across shifts, document reports, and participate in continuous quality improvements.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily machine checks and perform IPF checks as needed.
• Insert terminals in molding die and operate Nissei and auto molding machines.
• Position runner side up and break parts by folding.
• Place units in totes and verify appearance and dimensions per check sheet.
• Monitor machines for nonconformance at each stage.
• Read and comprehend work-point manuals and blueprints and document reports.
• Inspect parts using quality gauges and measuring devices.
• Follow all policies and safety procedures in place.
• Completes any other related tasks as needed.
