Qualifications

• Ability to safely remove molded parts from hot presses.

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety guidelines and PPE requirements.
• Meet production schedule by removing molded parts, deflashing, and trimming sprue.
• Start and shutdown presses and troubleshoot issues.
• Rotate to different stations and learn new equipment as needed.
• Conduct visual quality audits and report defects to supervisors.
• Maintain clean workstations and collaborate with teammates.
• Support waste-reduction initiatives and productivity goals.
• Document performance data and participate in meetings.
