Job summary

ResourceMFG in Shelbyville, TN is hiring Molding Material Handlers for 2nd Shift. You will maintain material flow by filling hoppers and dryers and prepare materials for production and mold changes.

Ideal candidates have manufacturing experience, basic math and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Forklift experience is a plus; weekly pay and temp-to-hire opportunities are offered, in a fast-paced environment that values reliability and safety.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Injection molding experience is a plus.
• Forklift experience or certification preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Basic math and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.

• Support production goals and assist the team as needed.
