Job summary

ResourceMFG in Shelbyville, TN is hiring Molding Material Handlers for 2nd Shift. You will maintain material flow by filling hoppers and dryers and prepare materials for production and mold changes.

Ideal candidates have manufacturing experience, basic math and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Forklift experience is a plus; weekly pay and temp-to-hire opportunities are offered, in a fast-paced environment that values reliability and safety.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Injection molding experience is a plus.
• Forklift experience or certification preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Basic math and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain material flow by filling hoppers and dryers.
• Prepare materials for production and mold changes.
• Empty grinders and manage regrind materials.
• Clean loaders, grinders, and related equipment.
• Ensure molding machines are ready for startup.
• Move materials and finished products throughout the facility.
• Operate a forklift safely when required.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Report equipment, safety, or material concerns to leadership.
• Support production goals and assist the team as needed.
