Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience troubleshooting electrical and mechanical molding equipment.
• Experience leading projects focused on process improvements.
• Ability to read electrical codes, electrical/mechanical drawings, and blueprints.
• Experience calculating OEE, FPE, and other performance KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair molding equipment and related systems.
• Lead manufacturing/engineering projects and document improvements.
• Create procedures and one-point manuals for operations.
• Train production and maintenance staff on standards and procedures.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed on the production floor.
