Job summary

ETRIA Manufacturing USA Inc. (EMUS) is seeking a 3rd shift Molding Maintenance Tech in Lawrenceville, GA to support toner molding operations. You will maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and adjust equipment for Injection, Blow, and Injection/Stretch/Blow molding lines, including molds and robotics.

Requirements include CMMS experience, hands-on tool use, and strong mechanical/electrical troubleshooting skills. Overtime/weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Experience using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems).
• Use of hand tools (Allen wrenches, multi-meter, among others).
• Experience with lockout/tagout procedures.

Responsibilities

• Model the safety-first behaviors by ensuring procedures, equipment, and processes promote a safe work environment.
• Electrical and mechanical troubleshooting of non-functioning molding/assembly equipment.
• Perform operational tests and fault isolation on systems and equipment.

EMUS is seeking a 3rd shift (11:00 PM - 7:30 AM) Molding Maintenance Tech to support our fast-paced Toner Molding manufacturing operations in Lawrenceville, GA. The Molding Maintenance Tech will maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and adjust equipment for Injection, Blow, and Injection/Stretch/Blow Molding lines. Responsibilities

• Model the "safety first" behaviors we expect of all associates by ensuring that operational procedures,
  equipment, and processes are designed to provide a safe work environment.
• Performed electrical and mechanical troubleshooting to determine problems in non-functioning equipment used in the molding and assembly processes.
• Perform operational tests and fault isolation on systems and equipment.
• Perform product (tooling) changeovers.
• Dismantle, adjust, repair, assemble, and rebuild equipment, electronic systems, circuitry, and computerized systems.
• Perform routine and preventative maintenance of all molding equipment and parts assembly lines, including molds, robots, conveyors, dry toner fillers, and auxiliary and support equipment.
• Maintain logs and records used in recording, tracking, and improving equipment's overall operation, as well as maintaining Standards of Operation and Procedures.
• Maintain proper documentation of work (Work orders, PM check sheets, part usage, etc.

Qualifications

Education

Technical/other training or better.

Experience

1 year:

Experience using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems).

1 year:

Use of hand tools (Allen wrenches, multi-meter, among others).

2 years:

Experience with lockout/tagout procedures.

2 years:

Experience in injection mold maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair.

2 years:

Experience in plastic forming processes.

Must have ability to read and interpret blueprints, maintenance manuals, and engineering sketches.

Basic math and computer skills required fractions as ell as good English communication skills.

Must be available to work overtime, including some weekends.

Preferred

3 years:

Experience with PLC, welding, and machining.

Basic knowledge of ISO 9000 and ISO 14000.
