Job description

We are currently looking for a Molding Operator to assist with our manufacturing processes within a temperature-regulated environment. Your daily duties will include organizing finished goods, managing necessary materials, ensuring all production records are accurate, and keeping the workspace tidy and efficient.

• Hours are from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
• Work involves a rotating 12-hour shift structure, which includes weekend availability.
• The shift rotation adheres to a 2-2-3 schedule.
• Employees are provided with one 30-minute break and one 15-minute break.
• The work environment is entirely climate-controlled.

Primary Duties

• Ensure all finished goods are packed in alignment with production standards.
• Help maintain inventory levels by replenishing packaging supplies.
• Support accurate record-keeping by completing all necessary quality and production logs.
• Utilize automated box-sealing machinery to streamline output.
• Transport pallets safely using a pallet jack to improve warehouse efficiency.
• Keep equipment and surrounding areas organized to foster a productive workspace.
• Promote a secure workplace by strictly adhering to all GMP and safety protocols.

Requirements
