Job summary

Vaupell is seeking an Injection Molding Operator for the night shift (Mon-Fri, 11pm-7am) to operate molding machines and ensure quality production. Responsibilities include clipping, trimming, inspecting and packaging product, maintaining a clean work area, completing production paperwork, and supporting molders during changeovers while following all safety procedures and SOPs.

Qualifications

• GED or equivalent required.
• Ability to read, speak, understand and follow instructions in English.
• Capable of using basic hand tools.
• Comprehension of basic math, including fractions, decimals, averages and percentages.
• Must wear and properly use required personal protective equipment.

Responsibilities

• Operate molding machines.

Job Qualifications/Requirements

• High school diploma/general education degree (GED) or equivalent combination of experience, training and education
• Ability to read, speak, understand and follow instructions in English.
• Capable of using basic hand tools
• Comprehension of basic math, including fractions, decimals, averages and percentages
• Must be able to wear and properly use required personal protective equipment

Candidates must be a “US Person” (i.e. US Citizen or Permanent Resident) to ensure Vaupell\'s compliance with ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations) and EAR (Export Administration Regulations)

Environmental Condition

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts. The employee is occasionally exposed to fumes, airborne particles, and vibrations.
