Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or technical field related to the department with 10 years' experience, or Master's with 8 years, or PhD with 5 years.
• Extensive mold process development and validation experience in molding disposable medical devices.
• In-depth knowledge of mold tooling concepts and designs.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and supervise the work of engineers or technicians on projects.
• Provide input and direction to management on issues.
• Develop prototypes, write ECNs, and generate validation reports.
