Job summary

Power Precision is seeking a detail-focused Molded Assembler in electronics manufacturing in Maple Grove, MN. You will perform basic assembly tasks, prepare parts, and maintain safety and quality standards to support reliable electronic components.

Location: Maple Grove, MN | Payrate: $20/hour | Schedule: 6am to 2:30pm

What You’ll Do Day-to-Day

You’ll play a key role in the assembly process, ensuring products meet exacting standards:

• Perform basic assembly tasks involving connectors and molded components
• Clean and prepare parts to meet strict quality requirements
• Handle small components with accuracy and care, requiring steady hands and strong attention to detail
• Follow safety procedures when working with and around chemicals
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals

What You Bring to the Table

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong manual dexterity and excellent visual acuity
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks with consistent quality
• Comfortable working in a seated position for extended periods, with occasional standing, reaching, twisting, and stooping
• Ability to work safely with and around chemicals
• Team-oriented mindset with good communication skills and a results-driven attitude

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in assembly or electronics manufacturing

Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
