Responsibilities

• Maintain policies including ISO standards, Health and Safety, Continuous Improvement, and standard work procedures.
• Interact with engineering, production, and tooling staff to troubleshoot molds.
• Identify solutions to molding and mold problems in injection molding manufacturing.
• Create work orders for service of all molds and maintain records.
• Coordinate implementation of mold repairs and verify production readiness.
• Train others on operation of equipment in the Tool Repair department.
• Other duties as assigned.
