Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Tooling Technician 1 in Jacksonville, FL. The role services the injection mold tooling on production lines, including assembly, disassembly and maintenance to deliver production-ready molds within tolerance and on time.

You will work in GMP, EHS, and Quality environments and contribute to continuous improvement projects; strong math and PC skills are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• Experience with injection molding and tooling preferred.
• Ability to work to tolerances +/- .025mm.
• Must meet productivity, quality, safety, and environmental requirements.
• Strong math skills including unit conversion.

Responsibilities

• Deliver production ready injection molds.
• Preventative mold maintenance.
• Emergency response for mold repair related to IMM machine troubleshooting.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
