Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Tooling Technician 1 to support manufacturing by servicing injection mold tooling on production lines in Jacksonville, FL. Qualifications

• Understanding of mold components and their effect on molding quality.
• Experience with troubleshooting and repair of tooling.
• Ability to work to tight tolerances +/- .025mm / .001 inch.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a team.
• Strong math and measurement conversion skills.
• Good written and verbal communication

Responsibilities

• Deliver production-ready injection molds.
• Preventative mold maintenance.
• Emergency mold repair support for IMM equipment.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
