Qualifications

• Minimum High School diploma or equivalent; ability to read blueprints; English reading and writing skills; ability to use micrometer, ruler, and caliper; forklift and man lift certifications required
• Minimum 3 years of related experience

Responsibilities

• Performs scheduled maintenance on molds, lining, printing, and vision tooling, as directed by the Tooling Supervisor
• Maintenance tasks include complete dis-assembly of molds, cleaning and inspection of components, repairs as directed
• Test water and HR systems prior to production and ensure molding equipment readiness
• Setup process machines; maintain and improve quality cavitation; maintain efficient cycle times document current process setups
• Troubleshoot Lining production issues and ensure safe operation of tooling
