Aufgaben

• Ensures that molds are cleaned greased and serviced correctly to be prepared for next production run.
• Prepares molds with right configuration per drawings according to production schedule.
• Inspects and evaluates wearing, damage or abnormal condition in molds and addresses to tool maker and/or engineering.
• Maintain mold storing locations accurate.
• Supports all tool room activities related with molds.
• Coordinates with production to ensure that all molds are available and ready to run on time.
• Documents all work performed to molds.
• Adheres to good manufacturing practices and safety guidelines.
• Follow schedule for work shifts, meetings, time off, overtime, and break.
• Performs minor machining activities required to service molds (Bridgeport, lathe, surface grinder).
