Milwaukee Tool seeks a Journeyman Mold & Tool Maker to support plastic injection molds and tooling needs. You will repair, alter, and fabricate dies and fixtures, collaborating with engineering and operations to improve manufacturing processes.
Strong inspection and measurement skills are essential to ensure tooling meets specifications. The role requires hands-on machining in a CNC shop environment and the ability to communicate technical status to cross-functional teams.
As a Journeyman Mold & Tool Maker, you would work primarily on plastic injection molds, with other tooling and fixture work as needed. The primary duty is to utilize tool and die making skills to contribute to manufacturing improvements in both existing manufacturing processes and new products. This position will interact with operations, engineering and process technicians to construct, alter, fit and repair tooling from both the plastic injection molding processes.
