Job summary

Phillips-Medisize, a Molex Company, seeks a Mold Technician for our Menomonie, Wisconsin facility to support manufacturing operations. You will set up, start up, and change over production jobs, operate molding machines and related equipment, respond to alarms, and document process parameters in our ERP system, working in an ISO and FDA environment.

Familiarity with vision systems and robotics is a plus. You will collaborate with teams to meet production goals while maintaining safety and

Qualifications

Able to troubleshoot in a manufacturing environment.
Able to read, understand, and follow work instructions and review work for accuracy and compliance.

Responsibilities

Set up, start up, and change over production jobs for molding processes.
Set up and operate molding machines, lift trucks, overhead cranes, and power mold carts.
Respond to alarms and troubleshoot to maintain quality, safety, and productivity within validated windows.
Document process parameters inERP system per ISO and FDA requirements.
Communicate priorities and updates to the team and other Mold Technicians.
Collaborate with other production groups to meet production and quality goals.
Some roles may involve working in a clean room and vision-related tasks.
