Qualifications

• 3 – 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, specifically with blow molding machinery.
• Ability to lift molds and perform manual tasks (bending, twisting, climbing).
• Proficiency in reading technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, install, and calibrate molds for plastic extrusion or injection blow molding machines.
• Adjust machine parameters and troubleshoot production issues.
• Maintain and repair molds and machinery during operation.

Skills

Troubleshooting skills in mechanical

Understanding of plastics and polymer materials

Ability to use hand tools

Familiarity with CMMS software
