Job summary

Phillips Medisize in Maumelle, AR is seeking a Mold Set-Up Technician to support our medical production environment. You’ll set up and support production jobs and equipment, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency.

You will operate molding machines, perform changeovers and troubleshooting, and collaborate with the production team to meet goals and drive continuous improvement. Injection molding experience is required.

Qualifications

• Experience working with or operating injection molding machines in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with injection molding set-ups, mold changes, process troubleshooting, and/or liquid silicone molding.

Responsibilities

• Set up, start up, and change over production jobs, ensuring processes meet control capabilities and standards.
• Operate and maintain molding machines, lift trucks, overhead cranes, and power mold carts.
• Follow documented procedures and use databases to perform set-ups and troubleshooting.
• Support troubleshooting and adjustments to molding processes to maintain quality, safety, and productivity.
• Communicate key information to fellow Mold Technicians across shifts.
• Partner with the production team to achieve production goals and drive continuous improvement.
