Job summary

Koch companies in Maumelle, AR is looking for a Mold Set-Up Technician to support our medical production environment. You will set up and support production jobs and equipment, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency in daily operations.

You will operate molding machines, robotics, vision systems, and SAP while collaborating with the production team to reach goals and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience working with or operating injection molding machines in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with injection molding set-ups, mold changes, process troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems.
• Familiarity with SAP.
• Experience creating work instructions for set-ups and insert changes.

Responsibilities

• Set up, start up, and change over production jobs, ensuring processes meet control capabilities and quoted standards, including robotics, part pickers, and vision systems
• Operate and maintain molding machines, lift trucks, overhead cranes, and power mold carts
• Follow documented procedures and use databases to perform set-ups and troubleshooting
• Support troubleshooting and adjustments to molding processes to maintain quality, safety, and productivity while working within validated process windows and established guidelines
• Communicate key information to fellow Mold Technicians across shifts
• Partner with the production team to achieve production goals and drive continuous improvement

Your Job

Join our team in Maumelle, AR as a Mold Set-Up Technician, where you'll play a key role in supporting our medical production environment. In this hands-on position, you'll set up and support production jobs and equipment, helping ensure our high standards for quality, safety, and efficiency are met every day.

Shift Options

• A Shift: 2-2-3 rotation, 7:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.
• B Shift: 2-2-3 rotation, 7:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.
• E Shift: Sunday - Tuesday + every other Saturday, 7:00 p.m. - 7:00 a.m.
• F Shift: Wednesday - Friday + every other Saturday, 7:00 p.m. - 7:00 a.m.

What You Will Do
