TASUS in Bloomington, IN, seeks a manufacturing operator to improve efficiency in blow molding, extrusion and injection molding. You will operate and set up tools safely and start mold presses efficiently.

The role requires following written methods, handling routine to semi-routine tasks, and communicating deviations for supervisor review. A high school diploma and strong mechanical aptitude are required.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Follow written methods and sequence of operations for machine operation and auxiliary equipment.
• Work on routine to semi-routine tasks and identify deviations from accepted practice.
• Receive general instructions and obtain approvals from Supervisor or Production Manager for changes.
• Initiate actions to prevent non-conformities and document problems with product and process.
• Troubleshoot problems on jobs and maintain setup tools and supplies.
• Assist in training production support personnel and follow Mold Tag System guidelines.
