Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong English communication skills.
• 1+ year experience in plastic/metal injection molding.
• Minimum 1 year mold machine setup and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Set-up molding and automation equipment to best industry standards, with emphasis on safety and housekeeping.
• Troubleshoot equipment and process issues for molding and automation.
• Recognize variations from proper equipment/machine performance and seek corrective action when needed.
• Assist production employees in setup and operation of workstations when required.
• Assist in set-up of first article molding jobs.
• Look for methods to improve processes and quality of products.
• Assist in development activities to establish methods to produce parts within specification.
