Job summary

Rainbow Restoration is seeking a Mold Remediation Technician to join our restoration team. You will perform mold remediation, containment setup, demolition, cleaning, and restoration for homes and businesses in the assigned territory.

This role rewards initiative, teamwork, and a hands-on approach in fast-paced environments. The ideal candidate has mold remediation or restoration experience, strong problem-solving skills, a valid driver's license, and comfort with on-call shifts and statewide

Qualifications

• Experience in mold remediation and restoration preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Ability to pass drug test and background check.
• Willingness to travel statewide and participate in on-call rotations.
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds and work in confined spaces.

Responsibilities

• Perform mold inspections, assessments, and remediation for residential and commercial properties.
• Set up containment and implement engineering controls.
• Remove, clean, and dispose of mold-contaminated materials.
• Operate remediation equipment and PPE; travel statewide as needed.
• Respond to water, mold, and other restoration-related losses.
• Maintain safety, documentation, and communication with customers.
