Job summary

Design Molded Plastics Inc. is seeking a Mold Processing Technician for the thermoplastics line in the United States.

The role focuses on running and optimizing plastic injection presses, monitoring part quality, and ensuring smooth material flow on the shop floor. You will be responsible for setup, startup, and ongoing operation of Toshiba or Haitian injection molding equipment, with emphasis on safety, cleanliness, and adherence to process specifications.

Qualifications

• Direct, hands-on injection molding experience.
• Solid mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Background in tool, die, and mold setups.
• Familiarity with Toshiba or Haitian machines is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up, start up, and run plastic injection molding machines to spec.
• Monitor part quality and adjust parameters to sustain efficiency.
• Oversee material handling and flow to keep production moving.
• Diagnose and correct process, equipment, and quality issues with urgency.
• Conduct routine maintenance checks on presses, molds, and auxiliary systems.
• Execute established quality procedures and follow all safety rules without compromise.
