Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–5 years mold experience in manufacturing, including mold setting and injection molding processing.
• Experience with troubleshooting and with forklift/pallet jack preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set molds in presses and run production using established processes.
• Train process technician trainee as needed.
• Troubleshoot molding processes and adjust for quality/efficiency.
• Troubleshoot mold tooling malfunctions and coordinate with repair.
• Suggest improvements to molding department efficiency.
• Identify root causes with quality department to solve problems.
• Maintain safe housekeeping and environmental practices.
