Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking a Mold Prep associate to prepare boat molds by cleaning and applying wax for gel coating. You will ensure proper surface finish and readiness for the coating process.

Responsibilities include cleaning, waxing, covering molds, and coordinating with teammates to move heavy pieces in a production environment. This role may require lifting and standing for extended periods.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cover mold with plastic sheeting and secure with masking tape.
• Work in team to push and pull boat mold into production area.

POSITION SUMMARY

• Covers mold with plastic sheeting and secure with masking tape.
• Works in team to push and pull boat mold into production area
