Bass Pro Shops, through White River Marine Group, is seeking a Lamination Technician to remove air from wet glass, apply layers, and install components before glass work. This role involves hands-on fiberglass work and close teamwork in a production setting.
The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, be able to operate drills and hand sander, follow instructions, and perform general housekeeping while ensuring safety and quality in a fast-paced environment.
The Lamination Tech r emoves all air from wet glass using a brush and/ or roller. Applies layers of wet glass in many different applications. Installs different parts prior to glass work.
