Job summary

Altium Packaging is seeking a Machine Operator to operate blow-mold/PET/injection molding machines, grinders, trimmers, and conveyors on a 2nd shift in Berwick, PA. The role emphasizes performing minor maintenance, troubleshooting process issues, and adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices to ensure quality bottles.

The operator will follow established safety policies, participate in continuous improvement, and support QA checks, labeling, packaging, and daily production reporting.

Qualifications

• Basic mathematical skills are required.
• Basic computer experience.
• Blow mold experience.

Responsibilities

• Operates blow-m mold/PET/injection molding machines and related equipment.
• Maintains quality by following GMP and process procedures.
• Troubleshoots process problems and performs minor maintenance.
• Conducts bottle inspections and quality checks along the line.
• Records production data and reports daily production metrics.
